Climate disruption is expected to deeply disrupt our health system. Both the provision and the activity of care will be turned upside down. On one hand, we will need to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and seek substitutes for fossil resources. On the other hand, we will have to manage the consequences of ecosystem degradation and climate crises on the health of populations and care infrastructures: the spread of diseases, rising temperatures, and the exacerbation of floods and droughts.

In such conditions, how can we ensure a sustainable and resilient operation of health services, and how can we preserve everyone's right to good health?
